This week has been spent mostly plugging away at the 2 resins here for commission. Yesterday, I finished their sketching. Here are their pictures. Now, like I told their owner, it's important to remember that I don't sketch every tiny spot going down the legs, and in the nooks and crannies. A lot of that is free hand while painting.
First up is Banner (on Switchback):
Next is Knight (on Turnpike):
I'm pleased with how they're progressing, and the owner is too. What do you think?
As kind of a tag along to this blog post, the last BF SR was revealed.
Meet Scurry!
She is only available to in-person attendees. I really like her, and would probably buy her if I could. But I don't love her enough to hire a pick-up person. I love the color. I have Honeybunch on the mold, and she is so adorable.
Equiden kindly posted Crescent Cove's SR Grading chart on her blog, and gave permission for usage, so I posted my "preference" list below.
What's your ranking? Post it in the comments below!
Banner and Knight are going to look awesome! Lovely patterns.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see them painted! :)
Jump and drive, wells, peanutine, and the stagecoach surprise. I'm thinking the Xavier mold, or maybe it's a new mold for the surprise. And I love your progress! Such a great idea! They are going to look great! Do you know how much they cost? Specifically banner. Thanks! AC
