I am not a fan of this one, but others will be!

I hope TSC gets this one next Black Friday, I'd like 1 or 2 to customize!

The vintage theme is cute!

Love this one! Even though I don't typically like unicorns, the mold is great. I hope he becomes a SM!

Was hoping for a less used mold, but they are nice.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how creepy do you think this guy will turn out? I'm gonna go with an 8 - creepo deluxe 😂

I'm a little unsure on the eyes, but the rest of him is divine, and I will definitely be getting him if my TSC does! That color is so unique! He kinda reminds me of Teamster.

So, who tugs at your heart strings? For me it is definitely the Susecion and Le Fire. 🤤 I'm already contacting my (not-so) local tack shop to see if they will be getting her!

Welcome 2023

 (Second post of the day, I thought I had scheduled the Collective Collection post to publish tomorrow, but I made an oopsie, so you get two posts! Sorry.)

Happy New Year everybody! Hope you are having a wonderful day. I spent last night in a pair of comfy penguin jammies and watched Fox News as the ball dropped. Then I went right to bed.

2022 was a year of firsts, new herd members, BreyerFest excitements, big wins, research, judging, and milestones. I couldn't have done any of it if it wasn't for you amazing people!

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday: Gingerbread Baby Photoshoot!

I said I would try to take some model photos with my 1:9 scale gingerbread baby set, and here are the results!

This is a (rather sloppy) pic of the full scale set for comparison.

The babies are a bit worn and scratched in some places, but they are still one of my favorite prop sets. :)

Blustery Day

 Brrrr! It's cold here in Pennsylvania! This morning's temp was 26 degrees (Fahrenheit). Wind chills are in the low teens. This weekend's real-feel is slated for negative twenty-nine, with wind chills in the negative thirties to forties. I ventured outside early this morning to take some photos, but it was too cold to stay out for too long. The light wasn't great either. I did manage to get some of Adrian though, in all his winter regalia. I got a nice one of Jasper in his Rambo too, but I accidentally hit "delete" instead of "edit" so I lost that one (yes I did try to recover it, I was unsuccessful).

I ended up getting the knees of my jeans soaked since I was kneeling in the snow (I had Adrian up on a board so he wouldn't sink down in) lol.

Today is the kind of day to settle down with a nice, hot cup of coffee and a chocolate. If you have time for such rest breaks, that is! This season is so busy. I'm mixing my coffee break with my blog writing at the moment.

I received a tasty bag of Lindor chocolates as a Sunday School Teacher gift this year (tip: if you are looking for a SS teacher gift, go with chocolates! You can never lose. And, after dealing with small children early Sunday morning, we can usually use a little chocolate boost!).

I have a puzzle laying out in my living room, but it is only started (border is done, only little chunks otherwise).

The last puzzle had a really creepy little pony on it. I typically love all HSOs, but this one had something funny going on with it.

The final decorations are up, and the finishing touches have been applied.

Snow is on the ground, with more predicted for right up through Christmas Eve night.
